Alienated, in association with DansBrabant, organises open classes for professional performers in Tilburg and the surrounding area. It is important for the community to stay in shape and train regularly.

Lesson #17: Kinetic Flow by Mitch Mitta
Kinetc Flow is physical dance training with gentle acrobatic, explosive and animalistic movements. Mitch keeps the inner child alive by keeping an open mind and embracing curiosity. He draws inspiration from the way animals move, martial arts and cultures around the world. This is reflected in his own way of moving. He combines floor work, martial arts and soft acrobatics in his classes. Prepare to jump, spin, crawl and slide through space!
Mitch Mitta is a local contemporary movement artist living in Tilburg. After graduating from the Fontys dance academy in 2021, he has worked with various choreographers and dance companies such as Club Guy & Roni's; Poetic disaster club, Kalpanarts, Xclusiv Company and our own company Alienated, he is the performer of disCART.
