Test audience sought for Time & Time Again residency
From 25 November to 11 December, Alesya Dobysh is in residence at Willem Twee Kunstruimte in Den Bosch. This residency develops an ongoing choreographic investigation into the interweaving of movement, sound and space.
Care to drop by? On 10 December between 15.00 - 16.00h, Alesya is happy to welcome test audiences. Free entrance, register via this link.
During her residency at Willem Twee / Kunstruimte, Dobysh works closely with two sound artists, Max Frimout and Liza Kuzyakova, and two dancers with a background in house dance, Noelle Vosman and Marina Pravkina. Together, they explore how sound and bodily experience influence each other in how they shape space.
The residency acts as both a laboratory and a presentation context. The project positions the dancing body not only as a mover in space but also as a resonating instrument - simultaneously generating, transmitting and transforming sound - and invites the audience to explore choreography as a broad genre full of movement, sound and spatial awareness.
On 24 January, Alesya shows her research she did during a presentation.
Start: 14:00 - 16:00h.
