Open class: Training class by The 100 Hands

This class is driven by a curiosity about how different movement qualities can interact and influence each other in a contemporary context. The focus is on human connection - within the group, in partnering and in individual experience. Sometimes it is necessary to return to simplicity to rediscover the essence of movement.
Rather than merging styles or techniques, the class explores an approach in which contrasting physicalities complement each other, adding texture and depth while maintaining their unique identities.
The class includes partner exercises and games, contemporary combinations with an emphasis on floor work, dynamics and responsiveness, inspired by The100Hands, where physical dialogue, presence and interaction are central elements of the practice.

Alison Duarte is a freelance dancer and returning performer with The100Hands, a Dutch dance company known for its focus on physical interaction, spatial awareness and real-time connection between bodies. His work with the company forms the basis of the training, which focuses on partnering, touch and embodied communication.

Price: €15.30.
At the door: €18.30.
Prices include VAT and €0.15 administration fee.

A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. To receive a refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the class.
