Artistic Temporalities

Actor and filmmaker Karel Tuytschaever, musician Karin de Fleyt and photographer Joery Erna join forces for two days, combining their research projects and artistic practice with composer and sound artist Davide Paolillo, dancer and performance artist Jenneke Slaets and interdisciplinary performance artist Sam Scheuermann. Together, they explore how time (and its experience) manifests itself in different art forms.

This collaboration culminates in a public, immersive installation in the Academy's Winter Garden on 10 May, where their encounter becomes tangible and visitors are invited to engage in dialogue with the artists.
